Almost unbearable fumes fill this vast land, set on a nearly barren landscape. These fumes come from a massive active volcano set in the heart of the land, smoke rising up from it's bubbling pit. Dead trees stand close together in a thick forest on the southern side of the land, casting shadows in every which way that often confuse many equines who do not know the land well and are attempting to just pass through. Just north of the volcano lies the only large, open pond for a two mile radius within the land. Other small puddle-like ponds can be found in the dark forest on the south side, but you'd be wise not to tred there unless you have a very good reason to do so.
