Details:

Name: The name as exactly you want it to appear on the picture. If it involves downloading a character card, it'll get done.
Gender: ...
Species: Is your character a human, or a horse?
Breed: If a horse, is there any specific breed style you'd prefer used? If not, leave this field blank.
Description: Describe your character for me.
--Horses: Color, specific markings I should know about?
--Humans: Hair color, eye color, ethnicity, etc.
Quote/Poem/Saying/etc.: Any text you would like on the picture, or perhaps even a special logo?
Specific requests: Any particular look or feel you want it to have? Gray-scale? Sepia Toned? That stuff.
Pictures: Any specific pictures you want me to use?

Anything bold and italicized is REQUIRED. Everything else, I can do a picture without. It's just easier to have those things. And makes it alot more personal.
